Located on the beach within this premier terrace, a comprehensive refurbishment was required in order to remove a five storey structural chimney breast situated in the middle of this property, blocking the direct sea views from many of the rooms. Keeping only the four outer walls, the property was completely stripped out whereby one could stand in the basement and look up through the empty building to the sky above.

Our clients’ passion for period features and the highest quality craftsmanship enabled us to build modern open plan spaces suited to their requirements whilst retaining its historical character to their tastes. Taking inspiration from more complete properties along the terrace, original features which had sadly been removed by previous owners were replaced along with new joinery, plumbing, heating, plasterwork and flooring. The addition of reclaimed fireplaces and radiators added to the ambience of this large and beautiful holiday home.
