Some Frequently
Asked Questions

+ Does F&G provide architectural plans?

Yes. We work with a number of architects depending on the scope and design of the project.

+ Can we use our own architect or plans?

Yes. We can use your plans and we are happy liaise with your architect.

+ Can we sign up for just one or two room development?

Yes. We specialise in comprehensive refurbishments of entire buildings but are happy to discuss your requirements for smaller high quality projects.

+ What is your lead-in time?

Depending on the scope of works and if planning permission is required, lead-in times can range from a few months to over a year.

+ How long will my project take to complete?

Again this depends of the scope of the project. Individual rooms can take several weeks, larger properties can take a year or more.

+ How much will my project cost?

There are so many variables regarding the specification and work involved it’s very difficult to say until full plans are available to price from. However a very rough guide would be anywhere between £1,000 to £3,000 per square meter.

+ Will you be on site?

Yes. We are on site daily and available to meet in the evenings or weekends to talk you through progress on site.

+ Where are you based?

We are based in Whitstable and cover most of Kent.

+ Can we change plans as we move through the project?
